My Journey
Over the past 15 years working in human capital roles, I have developed a natural passion for conscious, fair-play leadership.
Areas that make my heart beat faster: situational leadership, diversity and inclusion, company culture, talent, workforce strategy, coaching, behavior change, neuroplasticity/science.
My journey to authenticity really kicked off when I decided to start my own company in 2020 which I consider to be one of my bravest accomplishments.
Overtime, I reflected on my own passions and my reasons for being. Earlier times were different. The discrepancy between professional and personal life was draining. Basically, you could say, I was driven by the need to convince the outside world of my own sense of worth.
